Organization-Wide Culture Mapping

After at least a 30% Culture Mapping sample has been taken from an entire unit, the raw results can be marked as positive or negative, sorted into an appropriate category, and then weighted by level of impact. Then, the once qualitative data can be quantified and measured for impact within the unit. This process can be done at the Squadron, Group, or even Wing level.

RESULTS

Horizontal Placement: The degree to which an item is enabling or detracting from mission success

Vertical Placement: The impact an item is having on culture

Shading:  The frequency the item was addressed during sessions
